Chris in sales, Scott in finance and Mark in parts along with service and the rest of the professional knowleged staff were second to none. I purchased some parts that were added before the Road King was picked up and Mark in parts and the service department made sure installing them was a priority. Scott and Chris took me on a quick meet and great with the first class staff during a tour of the place after I made the purchase .The trip was 220 miles but well worth it . As I explained there, I never forgot what Ronnie did for me and vowed to return when I could finally buy a new Harley. June 2012 my wife and I made a trip over "just to look" at my dream bike - 2012 Roadglide. Warmly greeted by Jeremy and offered a ride on Keith's (Ronnies son) pre-owned Roadie. Loved it with all the mods he had done but really wanted a black one - like they had on the floor. Not a problem as they had it outside waiting for us when we returned. Took it for a spin, talked some numbers and...the rest, as they say, is history. Picked up my Brand New 2012 (Black) Roadglide Ultra the next day and I shared the story about his Dad with Keith as we were finalizing the paperwork. After they ran through the initial operation and features of the bike with me and we spoke with some passersby and prepared to take off. As we got on the bike Keith ran out and told me to wait a minute. Ronnie rode up on his ElectraGlide and walked down the hill to see me off. I can't tell you how much it meant to me that he would take the time to congratulate me on the purchase. He remembered my saga from all those years ago and was truly happy that I didn't forget and returned to buy the new bike. Thanks to everyone and will see you in the spring!"

  • "10/5/12 I was traveling through on my way to Vermont when i had a problem with my 2007 streetglide. bike neutral switch was bad and bike stalled. ronnies sevice took me in immediately and work on my bike. within a 1/2 hour i was fixed and on my way saving my trip. best dealer and fair. wish they were in westchester ny were i am from.   • "The story of my purchase of a pre-owned Sportster from Ronnie's this winter speaks volumes about this excellent dealership. After almost 30 years away from the sport, I was hit hard this winter by the bug to own another bike--this time a Harley. Maybe it was a midlife crisis, but to me if felt like 30 years of dreaming were invested in finding just the right bike. Budgetary constraints dictated that it would need to be a pre-owned Sportster, but that's what I'd been dreaming about anyway. I began perusing the web, starting with dealers in the greater NYC area where I live, and generally was disappointed with inventory and price UNTIL I somehow landed on Ronnie's website. There I discovered the sweetest looking xlh 1200 with only 4900 miles and several custom touches courtesy of the previous owner. A few phone calls back and forth with Gordie Laplante, who very patiently answered all my questions, and I was making the 2 1/2 trip from NYC to check it out. Kelly, the finance manager, helped me get a terrific rate on financing and within a week I was at the DMV registering the bike. To say that I was very impressed with and grateful for the friendliness, lack of pressure, and patient, knowledgeable communication by everyone at Ronnies would be an understatement. Yet, as things turned out finding and purchasing the right bike was just the beginning of my positive experience with Ronnies. When my wife and I made the trip back to Ronnies to pick up the bike one warm weekend in late March, Gordie said he had heard a click when he tried the start button. And even though the bike had started up he wanted to bring it to the service department to let them check it out. Although the bike had been well prepped, he knew that something was not right. Gary, the service manager, immediately put two men on the job of checking out the charging system to diagnose the and correct the problem. A short time later, with problem solved, I was on my way. Whether you're having a midlife crisis like me, or in need of a Harley for any other reason, you have to check out this dealership!--especially if you are looking for the peace of mind that comes from dealing with people who stand behind what they sell and take pride in what they do.
